With our offices in The Hague and Rotterdam, Verra Makelaars has a wide working area and the right connections for you. Besides finding you a suitable property, our rental agents also help you with questions concerning shops and facilities in the area and we check rental contracts and explain administrative details. Furthermore, we guide you in practical matters such as finding childcare or finding the Dutch favorite means of transport; a new bike. We are more than happy to answer questions such as where the nearest tram stop or international school for the children is located. This is part of what we do best. There is a scarcity in the Dutch housing market in terms of available rental properties, resulting in significantly extended wait times and search processes for available rental homes. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our usual full-service approach in every price segment. As a result, Verra Makelaars has chosen to only accept new requests from expats and business relationships, as our usual service can still be provided through tailored solutions. Regrettably, this also means that we are currently unable to assist house sharers, (international) students, and individuals without a fixed employment contract.

With our Home Finding Service, we ensure that expats can find suitable accommodation and that they can settle in their new city in no time. We answer questions, advise on facilities and practical and administrative matters such as registrations, bank accounts and international schools. Our team of specialists has extensive experience in assisting companies in placing one to several employees and their families in Rotterdam or The Hague.
