Lay out

Ground floor: the house was built in 1924; details from this era are then visible as at the beautiful front door (with letterbox) with stained glass above. Stairs lead to the 2nd floor; the entrance to the apartment.

2nd floor: we first emerge onto the beautiful landing; be sure to note the stunning cast-iron detail of the staircase and the glass in foliage in the doors. Through the door, we enter the spacious and beautiful living room, where there is a sofa, a TV with cabinet, beautiful reading chairs and a very nice old blanket art that serves as a coffee table. Thanks to the large window in the corner bay, plenty of daylight enters. Another beautiful detail in the living room is a wooden barrel with a globe on top.

Adjacent to this area is a spacious dining table that seats 6. Be sure to note the long hanging above the table; very decorative! Between the living room and dining area, there is furniture such as an open bookcase, wine rack and an antique wooden cupboard; ideal for storing your personal belongings or crockery.
Next to the dining area is a sofa; ideal for reading books or enjoying your morning coffee here. Through sliding doors, you can access the beautiful, spacious balcony. This is also very nicely furnished; a nice outdoor set; a nice bistro set and coffee table (note the colorful tiles) and there is also an antique cupboard; ideal for storing your gardening utensils, for example. How lovely is this place?!

Back inside, we arrive in the timelessly well-equipped modern kitchen; it has a gas hob with extractor hood above it, oven, mircrowave, a spacious fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and the kitchen has plenty of cupboards and drawers to store your kitchen utensils. Also on this level, there is another room set up as a home office with a desk and wall cabinets.

From the landing you can reach the toilet.

On the third floor, we first emerge onto a landing that provides access to the master bedroom. This is very generous in terms of space; there is a king-size bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers with a TV on top and a very spacious wall cupboard for your clothes. A vintage sofa is also present here. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a beautiful bathroom (this one is open) with bathtub, walk-in shower and double washbasin. Through French balcony doors, you open onto another balcony; here you can enjoy your morning coffee, for example. In the second bedroom there is a single bed, desk and a large wall cupboard that can also be used as a wardrobe.
